Human Performance
The Edge of Human Possibility
Produced by Marques D. Anderson and Nichol Bradford
Marques D. Anderson and Nichol Bradford are producing a special convening within Human+Tech Week, taking place May 10–14, 2027, in San Francisco.
Human Performance explores extraordinary physical, cognitive, creative, and collective capability—and what the frontier of performance could make possible in how we live, work, and shape our cities.
The convening is being developed to bring athletes, artists, entrepreneurs, researchers, technologists, and performance leaders into conversation around precision, endurance, perception, judgment, creativity, recovery, and coordination under demanding conditions.
- Health: Sustaining physical and cognitive capability through advances in preparation, recovery, preventive health, and longevity.
- Work: Expanding individual and collective achievement through learning, creativity, judgment, and human–AI collaboration.
- Cities: Creating environments, institutions, and networks where human capability can develop and more people can pursue ambitious goals.
Marques brings his experience as a former NFL athlete, cyborg anthropologist, and founder of A2X, connecting performance with entrepreneurship, ownership, and long-term possibility.
The specific convening date, venue, participants, and program details will be announced as plans develop.
Lead operating focus / Founder & CEO
A2X.
From performance to ownership.
A2X exists to close the gap between access and durable ownership. Athletes and high-potential founders can have visibility, earning power, and opportunity while still needing a trusted way to decide what to build, who to build with, and how to turn momentum into long-term enterprise value.
A2X brings together readiness workflows, strategic relationships, human support, permissioned insight, and venture-building discipline so those decisions can be made with more clarity and staying power.
Readiness before the next move.
Practical workflows around ownership thesis, venture fit, deal readiness, entity readiness, advisor fit, and operator matching.
Relationships with a strategic purpose.
Athletes, founders, advisors, operators, institutions, brands, and investors connected around specific ownership pathways.
Growth with disciplined boundaries.
Education, research, media, and regulated capital activity remain distinct while A2X builds the proof, partnerships, and operating rigor required to scale responsibly.
